- AtTAcK Addiction – includes support groups & sober living housing, as well as educational programs on addiction
- Brandywine Counseling & Community Services – includes preventative educational programs as well as many programs and resources for those in recovery or looking to start, including a syringe exchange program, mobile health clinics, Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT), therapy/counseling, and many more services. Can be found throughout the state (all 3 counties).
Dual Diagnosis Treatment Providers
- PACE, Inc. – Alcohol & Drug Rehab Center, which performs evaluations & assessments, and provides a variety of outpatient programs, in Wilmington
- Aquila of Delaware – treatment programs for adolescents and adults with dual diagnosis, with offices in all 3 counties
- SaVida Health – provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) along with other outpatient services to individuals with Opioid Use Disorder with offices in New Castle & Kent Counties
- SODAT Delaware Inc. – outpatient treatment for substance use disorder including assessment and testing/treatment related to criminal justice in Wilmington
- ARS Treatment Center – outpatient treatment center in New Castle that provides assessments, outpatient treatment and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
